Brookfield Place Retail Design Management Services
Completed in 2021, Brookfield Place was a $2 Billion development that included premium retail spaces, the restoration of both the Heritage Buildings of Shell House and 285 George Street that connected to the Wynyard Station transit hall. Three Fishes was responsible for the Retail Design Management services of approx. 20 tenancies within the retail concourse that connected Wynyard Station to George Street.
The premium retail spaces were highly considered and included the incorporation of a Landlord shopfront design that created gallery like shopfront display vitrines. A unique approach to retail, we worked closely with the retailers to create curated display windows as part of our Retail Design Management scope.
To assist the retailers with the vision of the development, we rewrote the Retail Design Guides to take the retailer so the journey of Brookfield’s overall concept and intent for the space.
