Ed Square Retail Design Management Services
Three Fishes were appointed as the Retail Design Managers to deliver over 96 tenancies as part of the Ed Square Town Centre Development. Opened in 2021, the Ed Square Retail component is part of the $1.5 billion town development which will be a mix of residential, Schools & Community living that provides people with a sense of belonging. The retail consists of an integrated dining & entertainment precinct as well as a health & well being hub, community playspaces & convenience retail.
We worked closely with the Development team to deliver the vision of the Town Centre, blurring the edge of where the public realm stopped and the retail tenancies started.
